All versions of Windows Server except Windows 2003 Web Edition are available in either 32bit or 64bit versions. 64bit versions have higher memory limits.

Windows 2003 Web Edition is 32-bit only and supports up to a maximum of 2GB memory.

Windows 2003 Standard Edition memory limits:  32-bit 4GB memory, 64-bit 32GB memory.

Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition memory limits: 32-bit 32GB memory, 64-bit 64GB memory.
